Fresh dining
Meals cooked on the finca from locally sourced ingredients. Dietary needs are accommodated.
Food cooked where it's eaten
La Calma isn't only a venue for gathering, conferences, meetings and retreats. The food is part of why groups come back. Meals are cooked on the finca from locally sourced ingredients, which makes for a better table and supports low-wage farm workers in the area.
The menus below are samples, built around traditional Antioquian food. They aren't a fixed list, tell us what your group needs and we will work with you, including for dietary requirements.
